Hope Soto

Of Counsel

Meet

Hope is of counsel to Feiler Leach & Chong’s Florida offices since December 2024.   She is the founder of Soto Law and dedicates her legal practice to representing individuals on a variety personal injury legal matters, ranging from catastrophic accidents, those involving motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability.

Notably, Hope previously represented several of those injured and their survivors in the unprecedented 2021 Champlain Towers collapse in Surfside, Florida, causing mass casualties while injuring others.  She also was chosen to be part a plaintiff’s leadership team for the families of those lost in the Florida International University bridge collapse in Miami-Dade County, where a 174-foot-long pedestrian bridge collapsed while under construction, claiming the lives of six people.

Most recently, Hope’s entrepreneurial mindset and extreme attention to detail has allowed her to cultivate the growth of the firm’s personal injury litigation practice.

Hope is a native Spanish speaker and handles each matter on an individualized, client centered basis.
